I began my career as a Senior Executive at Dubai Investment Park, where I played a key role in automating the Property Management System to enhance operational efficiency. Later, I transitioned to Nakheel as an Executive Assistant and grew into the role of Employee Engagement Manager. At Nakheel, I spearheaded strategic frameworks to boost employee satisfaction, launched engagement dashboards, secured "Great Place to Work" certifications for 2022 and 2023, and established Nakheel Clubs to enhance engagement.
