Software is a journey and that's what excites me about ReadyCloud. More than any endeavor I have been involved with, ReadyCloud has been an exercise in evolution. Building a back-office suite for enterprise meant understanding user strengths and responsibilities and being hyper-focused on reducing operational pain-points. It meant building continuity among the decentralized workforce so that each user has the perspective that they need to excel at their job. This journey has been about people and the Institutional knowledge, partner participation and customer feedback that were all major contributors into the shipping, returns and growth marketing suite that shaped into ReadyCloud.
