Hello! I’m Alex, a real estate investor, house flipper, realtor, and entrepreneur with 10 years of industry experience. I co-founded Brotherly Love Real Estate, based in Philadelphia PA, with my childhood best friend Jon. Together, we've flipped 130 homes, from small rehabs to large-scale renovations. We own a rental portfolio of 14 units, love what we do, and haven't gotten into one argument since our partnership started, believe it or not! I personally live in San Diego, CA while my partner Jon lives in Philly. We operate our business on both coasts, with most of the action for us being in the City of Brotherly Love.
