C0-Founder + Partner Architect at Letter Four, Inc.
My mom was an artist and my dad was a carpenter. I grew up helping them do hands-on remodeling work in our home, and discovered early on that I wanted to become an architect. I earned my Bachelor of Architecture at Cornell University, becoming a licensed architect at the unusually young age of twenty-six. After college and a year working in Boston, I drove across the country to join the LA architecture scene in 2002. For years, I’d dreamed of owning my own firm, a place where I could pursue meaningful projects and provide the kind of dedicated, personalized design experience you simply won’t find in a large corporate office. My early start led me to found Letter Four with Jeremy Baker, whose construction expertise was the perfect complement to my design skills. I now have more than 20 years of hands-on experience designing luxurious residences and commercial spaces in the greater LA area and across the country, including New York, Hawaii, Texas, DC, and San Francisco. As head of our architectural design team, I thrive on close collaboration with our team to solve our clients’ problems by pushing the boundaries of design, exploring new possibilities and finding unique yet practical solutions for homes and commercial buildings. Letter Four is a design-build partnership for visionary homeowners and business leaders in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. Through thoughtful design, holistic guidance and meticulous construction, we create places and spaces that fit the shape of your life.

Founder at Render Vision
I’ve spent more than 20 years working in 3D visualization, building on my background in industrial design from HfG Offenbach. When I started Render Vision, I wanted it to stand on three simple but powerful principles: precision, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving. For me, great 3D rendering isn’t just about technical perfection - it’s about emotion. I love using small, almost invisible details - like how morning light filters through curtains or how atmosphere shapes the feeling of a space - to make people feel what they see. That idea grew into what I now call “emotional realism.” It’s become the heart of Render Vision’s work and what makes our images stand out in an industry that often focuses purely on the technical side. To make sure this approach runs through everything we do, I developed a shared visual language for the team. It helps every artist understand and create that same emotional depth - so together, we can tell stories through spaces that people don’t just look at, but truly connect with.

Co-Founder + Partner Contractor at Letter Four, Inc.
I don’t remember life before construction and design. My grandfather was a master carpenter, and as a kid I spent countless hours with him in his woodshop, absorbing the art of custom craftsmanship and the value of hard work. When I wasn’t Granddad’s shadow, I was helping my parents restore historic brownstone homes. Those hands-on experiences shaped my passion for design, problem-solving and the art of building functional spaces. That foundation led me on a journey from small-town New England through New York City and Philadelphia to ultimately landing in Los Angeles. Along the way, I honed my construction skills, refined my design sensibilities and developed a deep understanding of how people interact with the built environment. I met a brilliant architect named Lauren Adams and we collaborated on multiple projects. In 2010, we noticed a gap that bothered both of us: there just weren’t many firms offering a true turnkey design-build service. Homeowners and business owners had to juggle architects, interior designers, contractors and engineers, leading to frustrating delays, budget overruns and disjointed projects. We knew there was a better and simpler way, and so Letter Four was born. Letter Four is a design-build partnership for visionary homeowners and business leaders in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. Through thoughtful design, holistic guidance and meticulous construction, we create places and spaces that fit the shape of your life.

Founder of BrassOna® | Specialist in Unlacquered Brass Fixtures & Bathroom Design at BrassOna LLC
I’m the founder of BrassOna®, a brand specializing in solid unlacquered brass kitchen and bathroom fixtures designed for high-end residential spaces. I focus on materials, finishes, and long-term performance—helping homeowners and designers choose fixtures that not only look premium on day one, but develop character over time. Unlacquered brass is one of the most misunderstood materials in home design. Unlike coated finishes, it naturally evolves, creating a living patina that reflects how a space is used. I regularly advise on bathroom and kitchen upgrades, material selection, and luxury design trends, with a focus on durability, aesthetics, and timeless design.

Founder & Renovation Consultant (Dubai) at Revive Hub Renovations Dubai
I am the Founder of Revive Hub Renovations Dubai, a company built on the belief that people should understand a renovation clearly before they commit to it.⁶ My work is focused on helping Dubai homeowners and property investors make informed decisions around renovation scope, budgeting, design direction, and execution readiness across villas, apartments, and value driven residential upgrades. With years of hands on exposure to the realities of renovation in Dubai, I have seen that the biggest cost is often not construction itself, but uncertainty before construction begins. That insight shaped our First See Then Pay model at Revive Hub. We created it to bring more transparency, more confidence, and more decision clarity into a process that too often feels rushed, vague, or overly sales driven. I believe clients deserve to see where their money is going, understand what is practical, and move forward with greater control. My role is not simply to discuss finishes or timelines. It is to help clients think better before work starts, by identifying what adds value, what reduces risk, what improves real usability, and what can be executed responsibly in the real world. In a city like Dubai, where expectations are high and mistakes are expensive, that clarity matters. For me, renovation is not just about transforming property. It is about building trust early, aligning vision with execution, and helping people make decisions they feel confident about long before the first day on site.

Head of Architectural Visualization at Revive Hub Renovations Dubai
I work at the point where design stops being abstract and starts becoming real for the client. As Head of Architectural Visualization at Revive Hub Renovations Dubai, my role is not only to create beautiful 3D views. My role is to help homeowners, investors, and families in Dubai see clearly before major renovation decisions are made. In a market where people often spend before they fully understand the final outcome, I believe clarity itself is a form of trust. My background in design, shaped further through the London School of Design and Technology, has taught me that strong visualization is not about making a space look perfect on screen. It is about making sure the design feels believable, buildable, and aligned with real life. That means understanding proportion, materials, mood, function, movement, and the small details that decide whether a space only looks good or truly works. At Revive Hub Renovations Dubai, I help lead the visualization side of a model built around one simple idea: First See Then Pay. Through this approach, clients can experience their future space with far more confidence before execution begins. For me, that is where good design becomes responsible design. It reduces confusion, improves decision making, and helps bridge the gap between imagination and execution. My work covers villas, apartments, offices, landscapes, and interior transformations across Dubai. I use tools like 3ds Max, V Ray, Lumion, and AutoCAD, but the real goal is never software alone. The real goal is to humanize design technology so clients feel informed, reassured, and excited about what comes next. I care deeply about creating spaces that are elegant, practical, and emotionally clear. Because when a client can truly see what they are investing in, the entire renovation journey becomes stronger.

Key elements to include are: specific areas of architectural specialization, years of professional experience, notable projects or clients, educational background, professional certifications, and any awards or recognition. It's also beneficial to mention any previous media appearances or publications. A concise bio that showcases your design philosophy or approach can help you stand out to publishers seeking expert insights.
Architectural experts listed in a directory can significantly expand their professional visibility and credibility. Being featured provides opportunities to share insights with top publishers, potentially leading to media coverage, thought leadership recognition, and new business prospects. It's an efficient way for architects to showcase their expertise to a wider audience, including potential clients and industry peers.
Publishers often seek diverse architectural expertise, including sustainable design, urban planning, historic preservation, interior architecture, and cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing in construction. They may also look for specialists in specific building types such as healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or smart homes. Experts who can provide insights on current trends, innovative materials, or the impact of architecture on society are particularly valuable to publishers.
Publishers can ensure reliable architectural insights by connecting with experts through reputable platforms that specialize in expert-publisher connections.
