The Jo Show PodcastI’m currently looking for people across the hospitality and travel industry to join upcoming conversations on a video interview series exploring what makes guest experiences memorable and what influences loyalty, future choices, and the decision to return.
I’m interested in hearing from people who work in or with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, and other travel brands, including:
• Consultants and advisors
• Agency professionals
• Founders and entrepreneurs
• Service providers and vendors
• Hospitality technology providers
• Guest experience and customer experience professionals
• Loyalty and personalization professionals
• Branding, storytelling, and experience design professionals
• PR and communications professionals
• Executives and other industry leaders
• Other professionals working in or serving the hospitality and travel industry
I’m particularly interested in people who work with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, or other travel brands that have a strong focus on families and multigenerational travelers. Professionals who work with multiple hospitality or travel brands are also of particular interest, although neither is a requirement.
Areas we may explore include guest experience, family and multigenerational travel, loyalty, personalization, branding, storytelling, behavioral science, customer engagement, experience design, technology and AI, and other ideas shaping hospitality and travel.
PR agencies, communications teams, and representatives are welcome to nominate clients or executives they represent.
The format is conversational rather than a formal presentation. Selected guests will join remotely for approximately 25–30 minutes to share their expertise, perspective, and relevant professional work. No presentation or slides are required.
If your work is connected to hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, or other travel brands and you believe you could bring an interesting perspective to the conversation, I’d be happy to hear from you.
Please include:
• Your title and company
• A brief description of what you do and your connection to hospitality or travel
• 2–3 topics or perspectives you could bring to the conversation
• Your website and/or LinkedIn profile
• If submitting someone else, your relationship to the proposed guest
Conversations are designed to be thoughtful, practical, and engaging rather than promotional.
