Seeking innovative brands, chefs, researchers, and trend forecasters for a 15th annual Food & Beverage Trends Report.
For the 15th consecutive year, this annual Food & Beverage Trends Report will explore the flavors, ingredients, innovations, consumer behaviors, and wellness movements that will define how we eat and drink in 2027.
For 2027, topics of interest include:
1) The Protein Evolution: What is beyond the protein craze? Emerging sources, protein quality, fiber-forward formulations, and the changing conversation around macros.
2) Global Flavors & Culinary Crossovers: Underrepresented cuisines, regional ingredients, and new spice profiles.
3) The Future of Beverages: Functional hydration, sophisticated alcohol alternatives, and adaptogens.
4) Sustainability Meets Affordability: Upcycled ingredients, regenerative agriculture, and food-waste solutions.
5) The Next Generation of Food Technology: AI, personalized nutrition, food manufacturing, and related technologies.
6) The Joy of Eating: How pleasure, community, cultural connection, and nostalgia are reshaping wellness and food culture.
7) The Next “It” Vegetable: What vegetable will take over people’s plates that has not recently had its moment, such as cauliflower, celery, or carrots?
Please provide:
- One to three food or beverage trend predictions for 2027.

I'm looking for expert comments from interior designers and high-resolution imagery of completed bedroom projects. The feature is image-led, so imagery must be strong to be included.
