I solve new problems in a controlled, calculated, and organized way. I am intentional in my planning and always think before acting. I am very sincere and genuinely enjoy helping others. I am generous in sharing my time and talent with others, and I am a willing teacher and coach for others on the team. I am service and support driven and enjoy helping for the good of the team or organization. I tend to be non powerseeking and I aspire to be a servant leader by putting the needs of the team ahead of my own. I am motivated by helping and service, I work in deliberate and outgoing ways, and my ideal work allows for working with people and variety.
