I work with SaaS and tech companies to leverage AI governance and privacy law as a business advantage. I am the founder of AMBART LAW, a New York-based law firm that focuses on AI Counseling, Data Privacy Law, Art Law, and IP Law (Copyright and Trademark). We provide fractional general counsel services to SaaS, Consumer Tech, and DTC startups (usually Series B and C).
