I am a problem solver. I like to analyze data to identify the critical variables and metrics that help leaders measure and improve operating performance. I developed my first algorithm to measure the performance of high-speed manufacturing equipment, during my Junior Internship, at Ambassador Envelope Company. I continued to develop metrics throughout my career at PwC Consulting and Mattel. Today, I collaborate with a team of likeminded professionals committed to finally developing a way to quantify a hard number for company culture and provide leaders the analytics they need to measure Return on Culture.
