I’m the founder and managing member of 1000 Delaware LLC, the company developing The Railyard, a one-acre adaptive reuse infill project in Lexington, Kentucky. After breaking ground in December 2025, we are transforming a former industrial site into a walkable, mixed-use community with 32 apartments and two retail spaces designed to serve Lexington’s middle-income workforce. With over a decade of experience as a real estate investor in Lexington and a professional background in digital marketing, I bring a blend of strategic thinking, brand insight, and hands-on execution to my work.
