Ursula Sowinski

First generation Polish American with a background in working and volunteering with American Redcross in Donor Development and deploying for over 3 major disasters and currently as a recovery caseworker to help those affected by home fires with resources. I recently obtained my Masters in Communication with a 4.0 GPA. I also have had and maintained a 30-40 lb weight loss 2 1/2 years ago w Qsymia pill and healthy eating and daily walking. I was a caregiver for my father and a passionate and loving caregiver for my mother since I was laid off from my leadership role over 2 1/2 years ago. Since then - even with my Masters, I have been job hunting and facing ageism, criticism for caregiving gap and having sever challenges obtaining a managerial role.
