Here are three things you should know about me: I am a lover of people. I am a truth teller and justice seeker. I love making things "make sense".As a kid, I didn't get in trouble for bad grades or bad behavior, I got in the most trouble for “talking back”. To no one's surprise, as an adult I turned my habit of "talking back" into a career of advocacy for marginalized communities, always in pursuit of systemic equity and a liberated future. My work in DEI, program and change management, and employee engagement, is grounded in this quote by Maya Angelou, "people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
