In May 2014 I graduated from Marquette University with my Master's of Science in Human Resources. While studying I interned in compensation and benefits at A.O. Smith and during my final semester was a Graduate Assistant in the Graduate School of Management. I found my interest in HR as an undergraduate at the University of Arizona. There I received my Bachelor's of Science in Business Management with a minor in Psychology in December 2012. I returned to Albuquerque for a technical campus recruiting position at Sandia National Laboratories to pursue my passion for HR.
