Timothy Burgin is a Kripalu and Pranakriya trained yoga instructor, who founded YogaBasics.com in 2000. He has authored two yoga books and has written over 500 articles on the practice and philosophy of yoga. Timothy has a masters degree in Chinese Medicine and has studied with many nationally known instructors, including Yoganand Michael Carroll, Stephen Cope, Scott Blossom, Shiva Rea, Mukunda Stiles, Rod Stryker, Ana Forrest, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, and Bryan Kest.
