Tim Schuitemaker

Tim Schuitemaker has spent almost 15 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, first as an engineer and consultant building and maintaining live CRM orgs, and now as a founder. He is Managing Director at GoMeddo (Salesforce-native scheduling) and Gotallo, and the founder of Novigem, which scores and coaches sales behaviour directly inside Salesforce. His work focuses on why CRM adoption breaks after go-live, and why behaviour design, not willpower or required fields, is what actually fixes it. He can speak to Salesforce and CRM adoption, sales operations and forecasting, gamification and behavioural science in sales, building and shipping ISV products on the AppExchange, and where AI fits into clean CRM data.
