I am the founder of SupplementMe, a UK supplement brand built around a simple idea: everyday support should be easy to understand. My background is in data analysis, and I launched with five products rather than an overwhelming catalogue. I can offer a founder’s perspective on launching a consumer brand, making supplements accessible, building trust before you have a recognised name, and marketing wellness without making people feel inadequate. My view is that wellness should not make you feel unwell about yourself. I also build free comparison tools and explainers to help people understand product information and make informed purchases. I speak from direct experience as a founder and retailer, rather than as a clinician.
