Susan has worked in cybersecurity and digital identity since the late 1990s. Her expertise is in data as applied to identity and security. In her day job, she works on product design and strategy. She has been involved in identity projects addressing government, enterprise, and consumer needs. She has helped design and commercialise award-winning software solutions used by organisations of all sizes, worldwide. Her master’s by research degree is in evolutionary anthropology and behavioural psychology, which she applies to the design of consumer identity solutions. Susan has served on several advisory boards, including ThinkDigitalPartners, SurfShark and the EU initiative, Next Generation Internet (NGI).
