Hi, I'm Steph — born in Asheville, NC, Charlotte girl for the last 20 years, yoga sculpt certification in progress, twin sister to my built-in best friend, and a happy wife to my husband of almost 13 years (we've been together 20 — so yes, I found my person and I know how good it feels).
