Soji James is a strength coach (NSCA-CSCS, CFSC, PN1, KBCU-LV2) , meditation teacher, and keynote speaker that helps burnt out dieters lose fat & feel confident by ditching quick fixes for a new relationship with food and fitness. He uses wellness as a tool to help people regain their autonomy by taking radical ownership over their habits to intentionally create a life they are proud of.
