I am an independent, Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed right here in the great state of Texas. But my training didn't start in a classroom or a textbook. It started working with my dad when I was just a boy. My dad was a dedicated repairman. Growing up, I was his shadow. I spent my childhood and teenage years doing actual hands-on home repairs alongside him.
