Shea Fitzgerald

Shea earned a Masters of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She specializes in addiction, codependency, career development and perinatal issues. She also consults with organizations to help improve clinical care and organizational functioning by teaching them to optimize organizational structure, culture, leadership, decision-making and motivation. This translates into streamlining and improving systems and interpersonal dynamics within the organization as well as between the organization and its client/customer base. What does that really mean? Shea is an expert at creating a road map to guide others towards long-lasting solutions to complex systemic and individual issues. Shea works with young adults, adults and couples.
