Shayne Fitz-Coy

Shayne Fitz-Coy is Co-Founder of Sabot Family Companies, the long-term investment firm Fitz-Coy co-founded with Arar Han in 2016, and CEO of Rustic Pathways, the educational travel company founded in 1983. Fitz-Coy proved the operator-investor approach through the 2013 turnaround of Alert-1 and ResponseLink, held to a successful investor exit in September 2025.
