I'm Shaun Azam, a chartered accountant (ICAEW) and the founder of Absolv, an accounting firm for UK founders and small businesses that pairs qualified humans with AI to handle the books, VAT, year-end and HMRC correspondence for a flat monthly fee. Before Absolv, I qualified at PwC, then co-founded Sweat Economy, a fintech app that reached a $300m valuation. I have raised over $15m and scaled a venture-backed business through the parts founders rarely talk about.
