Shana Feggins is a human capital specialist with expertise in diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI), employment law, employee relations, best hiring practices as it relates to the Department of Labor, HR compliance, HR transformation, and workforce planning. She has a master's degree in Strategic Public Relations from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.
