I am a PhD candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University. My research examines menopause, women’s mental well-being, and the workplace conditions that shape both, including stress, burnout, stigma, discrimination, flexibility, remote work, and organizational support. I provide evidence-based commentary on menopause at work, women’s mental health, workplace equity, and practical ways employers can better support midlife women.
