I help Black women leaders and women of color in corporate succeed without burnout by teaching them intentional practices that support their overall wellbeing. Before founding Bossy and Blissful, a community for Black women executives, I served as the head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for Instagram and Meta's Family of Apps. I have more than 18 years of HR experience working for Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including Target, Safeway (Albertsons), and Intel. My first book, “Do You,” will be published by Greenleaf Book Group, in partnership with Fast Company, February 2024.
