Ravish Agrawal is Head of Growth at Gamma, the AI-native presentation platform, where he leads growth marketing and distribution. Ravish previously co-founded Able Jobs (Y Combinator W20), an early-career platform that was later acquired. His work has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list (2022) and the GTM10 Growth list (2025). He is an IIT Kanpur graduate based in San Francisco. Ravish is also the author of an upcoming book, a hands-on guide to applying AI across everyday knowledge work. He writes and speaks about AI-native product building, growth and distribution strategy, and the practical automation of knowledge work with a particular focus on how AI agents and emerging standards like MCP are reshaping how software gets built and used.
