I started out as a lawyer in litigation, and the courtroom is what pushed me toward the work I do now. Watching cases drag on for years over disputes that should have taken weeks taught me how broken the system is for anyone without deep pockets or endless patience. My background spans in-house legal work at large corporates, time in Singapore, and a string of startups before CADRE. That gave me a practical view of how businesses actually experience legal risk. I co-founded CADRE to bring online arbitration and mediation to disputes courts were never built to handle efficiently, especially the everyday commercial disagreements worth a few lakhs rather than crores.
