Paula Johansen

Over the past two decades, I have worked in various roles in the field of human resources.  My experiences have given me broad expertise in multi-state employment law, policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, general HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and data and analytics in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.  The diversity of my experience has embedded in me a strong desire to make a positive impact. I take tremendous pride in providing a high level of dedication to employee engagement and teamwork in a diverse work setting. The ability to make a difference, provide leadership and guidance, and find ways to help employees and the organization succeed has always been a driving force in my career choices.
