I have accumulated well over thirty years of experience in real estate and real estate finance. I have sold and/or underwritten over two billion dollars in real estate lending products. I have managed a lender bank portfolio of millions of dollars of real estate loans including responsibility for sales of bank owned properties. In 2018, I established and still manage a successful real estate brokerage offering property management of residential rental units, and also on and off market residential sales. I developed a passion for The Finger Lakes several years ago; boating, kayaking, and vacationing on the lakes.
