Paul Critchley is the President at New England Lean Consulting, and is a recognized thought leader on employee engagement and continuous improvement. Paul and his team have helped businesses throughout New England achieve greater levels of success through the application of Lean tools and techniques. A frequent event speaker, he has keynoted at numerous corporate events and conventions such as AME’s annual Lean conference and at OpEx Week.
