After years of counting inventory on spreadsheets clipped to clipboards, placing blind orders for stores four hours away, and watching managers carry institutional knowledge out the door when they left, I built the tool I always needed. TrackItWeekly replaces the weekly inventory chaos with a structured counting workflow that turns shelf counts into vendor-ready orders in 30 to 90 minutes.
