Nick Henry

Nick Henry, RHN, is the founder of Brolistic Coaching, where he works with men aged 30 to 50 who know what they should be doing for their health but can't seem to stick with it. After 15 years in the field and hundreds of clients, Nick built the Brolistic Method around one observation: the failure point is rarely information. It's follow-through, sleep, and the master skill of making time. Nick is Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified and a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. His tagline, Built to last, is shorthand for how he thinks about men's health: not a short-term push, but a way of operating that holds up at 40, 50, and beyond.
