I help organizations decide whether owning their AI compute is sound — and then source and deploy the hardware when it is. Through Haink, a private AI infrastructure supplier with stock hubs in Hong Kong and Dubai, I work with enterprises, cloud providers and research teams across the Middle East and Asia on GPU server procurement (NVIDIA H200, DGX), cluster deployment for training and inference, and enterprise hardware from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco and Huawei. I can speak to the economics of private AI vs. cloud (TCO, break-even, repatriation), GPU supply and allocation realities, export-compliance in cross-border hardware trade, and sovereign / data-residency infrastructure in emerging markets.
