Nick Anisimov

Nick Anisimov is the Founder of FirstHR, an employee onboarding platform for US small businesses. After running three companies and hiring across all of them, he kept hitting the same problem: new hires got lost in their first weeks, and the only tools available were glorified to-do lists that did nothing actually to onboard someone. He built FirstHR to replace that with a real onboarding system that small businesses can set up in minutes without needing HR staff. Nick is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building and scaling companies from scratch.
