Nancy Bacon is a learning strategist and instructional designer who has spent 25 years diagnosing why nonprofit learning fails and redesigning the conditions so it doesn't. She works with associations, networks, community foundations, and public agencies to design learning that changes how people actually work. Her approach draws on adult learning science, behavioral design, and self-determination theory. She is the author of several practical learning guides, co-founder of the Nonprofit Learning Center, and co-host of the Nonprofit Radio Show.
