Ms Rosie Weldon

Rosie Weldon is an autistic speaker, entrepreneur and workplace advocate focused on the real-world experience of neurodivergent adults at work. After graduating with near-perfect academic results, she began her career in banking before being diagnosed as autistic at 25. While outwardly successful, her experience of the corporate workplace led to severe burnout, sensory overload and the long-term impact of masking. In 2018, she was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder following prolonged stress.
