I am a results-orientated General Manager with a strong commercial and operational mind-set with in-depth experience of successful team leadership, delivering departmental KPI standards, and creating and nurturing an environment where customer service excellence is at the core of day-to-day hotel operations. I am currently the General Manager of St George’s Hotel in Llandudno, an award-winning 4-star property with 82 bedrooms, function and event space for 400 guests and an operational team of over 100 full and part-time staff.
