I started in the outdoor living industry at 21, selling artificial grass through an eBay business I built from scratch. That did well enough that in 2016 I launched my own store, The Outdoor Look (theoutdoorlook.co.uk), which I've run ever since — a decade of hands-on experience helping UK homeowners, landscapers and holiday parks with their outdoor projects.
