I founded BRADIC with the goal of creating high-quality womenswear in limited editions, made individually for each client. I manage everything from product development and material sourcing to working with Croatian ateliers, overseeing production, and building the brand’s digital presence. My work includes: • Designing and developing made-to-measure pieces • Working directly with small ateliers on pattern-making and production • Selecting materials such as silk, cashmere, linen • Building the online store, customer experience, and brand identity • Handling marketing, copywriting, photography direction, and customer communication • Managing logistics, packaging, and quality control for each piece
