My practice focuses on understanding stress in daily life and its impact on our relationships with self and others. Stress is a normal part of life but it can become overwhelming if it becomes chronic. I work to understand the source of my patient's stress and guide them to identify triggers and develop effective coping strategies for resilience and self- control. I am trained in clinical social work, psychoanalysis, breathing practices and mindfulness and offer multiple strategies for understanding and treating stress in my patients personal and professional lives.
