As a UI/UX designer and researcher, my work is detail-oriented, meticulous, and precise, with an emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity. As a manager passionate about engagement and morale, I have extensive experience communicating cross-functionally. I'm currently a full-time employee of National Captioning Institute, and I've been captioning broadcast television in real-time for the past 12 years. I have years of experience working remotely and supervising a distributed team of diverse stakeholders. I regularly caption live programming at an accuracy of over 99%, while adhering to strict style guidelines.
