Melissa Schulz, MS, BCBA, is a parenting coach and behavior analyst who helps parents of strong-willed, highly sensitive, and neurodiverse kids turn daily struggles into calmer, more connected moments using her proven processes. Melissa has a Master's degree in Counseling and has spent the last 20+ years supporting children with behavior challenges and their families. She is also a mom of 3 with two neurospicy kiddos of her own. Melissa has been recognized as the "Best Parenting Coach in the United States for 2025" by Evergreen Awards and featured in major publications like USA Today for her contributions to the field.
