I’ve been a therapist for 19 years with a clear focus: how workplace dynamics impact mental health. My clinical work centers on people whose mental health has been disrupted by their jobs. That includes professionals facing burnout, workplace trauma, the emotional toll of toxic environments, or the executive functioning challenges that come with ADHD and AuDHD. I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of organizational behavior to my consluting work. I’m certified as a Fearless Organization Practitioner, a methodology based on Dr. Amy Edmondson’s research on psychological safety.
