I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for 10+ years. My current role is Catering Manager at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre where I am responsible for planning and executing a variety of events. As you can see from my experience, I really enjoy working in large scale venues and have had the pleasure of working in many buildings throughout North America, especially during my time with Centerplate.
