I’m an Operations leader and Chief of Staff who loves helping people do their best work with calm, focus, and even a little fun. I’m passionate about organizing projects, solving problems, and bringing a sense of clarity and calm to fast-paced, high-growth teams. As a founding team member at Powderkeg, I help connect CEOs, founders, and executives at innovation-driven companies outside of Silicon Valley. We’re building a private network where founders and executives can build meaningful relationships, share ideas, and grow as leaders. Outside of work, I’m a classically trained flutist and perform regularly with groups around Indianapolis.
