I recognized the need to keep up with technology by bringing the future of mediation back in 2009 when I launched the iChatMediation Virtual Mediation Platform which was built by Cisco Communications.I am a dynamic conflict resolution professional certified through the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator, holding current certifications in the areas of Family Law and Appellate Law. I have been certified as a mediator in the State of Florida since 2007. My previous certifications also included County Mediation as well as Dependency Mediation.
