Mark Nichols

I'm the founder of Tamaribuchi, a consulting firm that works with small and growing digital agencies to overcome growth hurdles and build sustainable companies. In 2008, I joined Metalab (metalab.com) as employee #3. I guided the company through its first major scale-up and learned innumerable hard lessons in hiring, sales, projects, and everything in between. I have worked with over 50 digital agencies from all over the world since 2021 and have my finger on the pulse of what digital agencies are feeling and struggling with today.
