I am a Global HR Transformation and Programme Leader who has successfully led and had full accountability for strategy, transformation programme delivery, change management and end-to-end HR and IT processes and services at leading global organisations.Managing Director level experience gained managing large global teams, budgets and programmes in some of the world’s leading organisations delivering complex and transformational initiatives in 30+ Markets.I hold an MSc from the University of Oxford, an MBA and a Bachelors of Commerce (Honours). My professional passion is connecting people, processes and technology to deliver new organisational outcomes. My current research interests relates to actual AI value attainment and ethical considerations.
