I'm a people-first person. I love helping and witnessing others thrive, allowing space for individuals to show up authentically at work. Fostering relationships and connecting others are two of my favorite things - it's all about the people. - Outside of work, you'll find me traveling; talking to anyone and everyone [especially about health & wellness]; soaking in the great outdoors; spending time with friends; singing; or listening to live music. Fly fishing, bluegrass, and time spent on the water or a mountaintop are some of my favorite things in life.
